Meet Our Caring Staff

LCARC's Early Intervention (EI) staff members have over 100 years of combined service. We are proud of our programs and services offered to infants, toddlers, and their families here in Lawrence County, PA.


Marcia MacriMarcia Macri

Marcia has a Bachelors of Science degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from Eastern Michigan University. She is Board Certified and Licensed in OT. Marcia has 28 years experience in pediatrics, also special training in NDT (Neuro-Developmental Treatment), Sensory Integration, and Oral Motor. Marcia lives in Mars with her husband and four children.


Mary Katherine Shay


Mary Katherine is a lifetime resident of Lawrence County. She is a wife and a mother of three small children. She has served in this community as a speech language pathologist for over 10 years. Mary Katherine is a graduate of Clarion University and received her master's degree from the University of Tennessee. She is a long time member of the LCARC Early Intervention team and loves working with small children to help develop their language and speech skills.


Marlynn Domenick

Marcia Macris

Marlynn was born and raised in New Castle, Pa. She graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary/Early Childhood Education. Marlynn's love of education and teaching led her to pursue a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Pennsylvania State University in 2010. For the past ten years, Marlynn has worked in many capacities of early education. She is excited to join LCARC as a Special Instructor. Marlynn resides in New Castle with her husband and three children.
